1964 Triumph TR4 convertible with an attractive medium dark cherry red exterior with a white racing stripe. It features a tan leather interior, black top, and tonneau cover. The car includes a four-speed transmission, 72-spoke painted wire wheels, and has recently been acquired from Northern California as an original black and yellow plate California car. The car is in good driver condition, displaying a gloss finish on the paint, well-maintained chrome, and a set of 72-spoke wire wheels. While there are a few minor dings and scratches, they are indicative of a well-enjoyed vehicle with an older amateur restoration.

The TR4 is well-equipped with a set of Weber carburetors, and a test drive video will be provided shortly. The car exhibits solid hood fit, proper gaps, and a windshield that appears to be fairly new, surrounded by well-maintained rubber moldings.

The interior features red on tan upholstery, with early-style seats trimmed in leather and complemented by a matching tan panel kit. The dashboard retains its early TR4 look, with restored crash pads and original-style instruments. The wood steering wheel adds a nice touch.

Under the hood, the TR4 impresses with a rebuilt and clean-looking engine compartment. The engine showcases Weber carburetors, headers, and a Triumph valve cover. The car’s driveline and brakes are in good condition,  demonstrating a lot of the care and investments made.

The trunk area features a TR4 badge, a brand-new fuel tank, and the original set of SU carbs. This TR4 convertible, although featuring an older restoration, remains visually appealing and ready for enjoyable drives. The combination of its cherry red exterior, white racing stripe, and wire wheels enhances its 1960s allure. A top frame is included.

With the TR4 market’s upward trajectory, this model is seen as a promising investment. The distinct Italian-influenced design, and features like the power bulge and distinctive rear tail lights, enhances the car’s appeal. Its well-maintained appearance and solid driving capabilities contribute to its overall value.
