DESCRIPTION

-Recently purchased from it’s long term second owner from Indiana is this highly original and well preserved Lotus Europa Twin Cam special in the best colors. -This highly original specimen shows an original 44,399 miles from new and has never been cosmetically restored. It is understood that this car was extremely well-loved and taken care of, used sparingly, and lived in it’s own dedicated garage with a carpeted floor! -The car’s paintwork is believed to be completely original, still retaining it’s factory-applied signature gold pin striping throughout. The factory applied black paint shines very well and looks really good overall. Upon close inspection, there is some typical spiderwebbing of the fiberglass in a few spots, some touched up paint chips, and a general overall aging of the fiberglass under a black paint surface, but nonetheless looks great for being original for almost 55 years now! -Chromework to the bumpers, door handles, lights, gas caps is factory original and excellent. The car retains all of it’s original Triplex glass, including original windshield. -The theme carries through to the car’s interior. Seats/armrest/dash top pad are the factory originals and near perfect, along with original carpets, headliner, door panels, door seals, excellent wood dashboard facia (rare in this condition) and mint condition steering wheel/original shift knob. -PLEASE SEE WALK AROUND VIDEO. -The car’s undercarriage is beautiful and clean. Mechanically, the car has been carefully maintained and drives extremely well, fast, and tight with no issues. It’s tons of fast fun out on the road.
